What was the problem?

Walkers Shortbread wanted to improve cost efficiency and increase printing capabilities by incorporating fax machines and scanning into their printing process. They were also seeking dependable aftercare for their document solutions.

What did we do?

We replaced their outdated equipment with six high-performing multifunction printers (MFPs) that offered lower up-front costs than other options in the industry, helping to reduce costs and meet their high-volume printing needs. Additionally, we provided ongoing support for the MFPs, including repairs and regular servicing to ensure optimal performance at all times.

Our solution helped Walkers improve their document process by streamlining it which increased capabilities and efficiency. By providing ongoing support and maintenance, we ensure that the MFPs are always in good working order, minimising downtime and maximising productivity.
