LHP Chartered Accountants are a modern accountancy firm that has worked with the business community in South-West Wales for over 85 years. They are an award-winning Cloud based accountancy firm as well as the first professional service firm in West Wales to embrace the Cloud. Their Mission to this day is to help clients thrive, adapt, and grow in business.

What was the problem?

LHP had over 70 members of staff in five locations and as they continued to grow, they decided to move into a new office building that would serve as its main headquarters. The offices required the necessary office equipment to serve as a modern workplace but also would need to allow for expansion in the future.

What did we do?

Our Office products team was sent to the site to scope out the space which would serve as the new HQ. We invited the directors to London to view our suppliers’ showrooms to give them ideas on décor and design. We also developed a 3D layout of the furnishings and office space for them to have a feel of how the product could look. Once all the plans were approved, we installed all the furniture with our in-house fitters to the time scale we were given. With the completion of this, LHP is now ready for the next stage of development with space for expansion and an office fit for the efficiency and productivity required in a modern accountancy firm.
