Having opened in 1979, the family business now has 4 crane hire depots across South Wales; located in Carmarthen, Port Talbot, Milford Haven and Cardiff. All these services are provided alongside an IT support contract that gives them access to our helpdesk but also ensures that our team are proactively maintaining and managing their IT infrastructure. We participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) which are a collaborative strategic meeting in which we evaluate the IT infrastructure and cybersecurity. The aim of these meetings is to gather valuable feedback, review performance metrics, monitor and plan IT projects, and ensure our services align seamlessly with the business's objectives.
