Abbey School
Abbey School, a special education institution, collaborated with us to transform their living space into a teaching space for more than 90 pupils. The project involved the design, delivery, and installation of furniture and fittings, tailored to meet their unique needs.
We completed the project within a short lead time to stay within project timescales.
Solutions Provided
We provided Abbey School with an itemised quote and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) along with mood boards and colour swatches to help them visualise the final outcome.
The project involved 13 classrooms, 6 group rooms, 2 staff rooms and a staff dining area.
The bespoke fitted furniture we provided included teaching walls designed for touchscreens, cupboards, and sink units (including sinks and taps) installed in a grade 2 listed building.
We installed a range of classroom furniture including tables and recycled poly chairs, along with bespoke lockable tray units for secure storage. We also provided wall-mounted fixtures such as lockable noticeboards, whiteboards, and hook boards.
For the staff room, made-to-order modular soft seating, dining furniture, and lockers were installed for comfort. We also provided the teachers with new desks, storage, and chairs.
Group rooms were equipped with heavy-duty bespoke vinyl. The entire project was delivered and installed to the highest standards.
